Our Pipeline
Jinding acquired its first development site in Sunbury in 2016. Since then, we have amassed a $5 billion pipeline comprising residential communities, house and land packages, townhomes, apartments and mixed use projects across Melbourne, regional Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.
